With nearly two decades in tech — including time at Expedia Group, DoorDash, Microsoft and my own founding experience — I've spent most of the past decade in engineering leadership, building and scaling high-impact teams across fast-paced environments. At Expedia Group I lead global teams building the air booking and post-booking systems. At DoorDash I led cross-functional engineering across merchant experiences, customer-centric growth, real-time marketplace analysis and AI-driven solutions, overseeing managers and engineers across multiple teams. Earlier, as a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, I led global teams delivering enterprise marketplace solutions and Teams application-lifecycle features. My work spans complex system design, customer-facing product development and large-scale, globally distributed teams. I'm passionate about empowering people, scaling innovation responsibly and delivering products that create meaningful impact — at the intersection of engineering, business and user experience, which is exactly what we're building at AEyeHome.
