AEyeHome, Inc. ("AEyeHome," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the AEyeHome Platform.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account registration information (name, email, phone number)
- Household and property information
- Staff and vendor management data

The AEyeHome Platform is built with security and privacy as core principles. We employ industry-standard encryption, multi-tenant isolation, and comprehensive access controls to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5.Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6.AI Processing
AEyeHome uses AI assistance in select product surfaces (e.g. task triage, comment summarization, the marketing "describe your operations" preview). When you interact with these surfaces, the relevant text you provide may be sent to a third-party large language model provider so that we can return a grounded response.
Sub-processor: our current AI provider is OpenAI. We may transparently change providers (including to a self-hosted model) in the future; the categories of data sent do not change.
What is sent: only the specific text you typed for that interaction (for the marketing preview, your typed operational description). Your email address, name, and any other account data are not sent to the AI provider as part of these calls.
Retention & training: we do not opt in to provider-side training on your data. AI provider retention is governed by the provider's applicable terms; we use API-mode access intended for transactional use, not consumer-product retention.
Human oversight: AI output is advisory only. A human reviews every consequential decision before it is acted on. The marketing preview is generated to help an advisor prepare; it is not a binding assessment.
Opt out: if you prefer not to have your text sent through AI processing for the marketing preview, simply do not type a description on the home page — the email-only consultation form on consultation does not invoke AI.
